The housing market in Colorado Springs is stronger than ever. In August the average sales price increased by 1.7% from last month (July 2020). Comparing the average sales price in August 2019 to August 2020 the average sales price is up 17.3%.
Listing inventory came down a bit to 0.6 months of active inventory. Comparing August 2019 to August 2020, we are down 57.3% in supply or active listings.
Lastly, January to August (YTD) we are down 2.1% in new listings
